PIONEER has unveiled a multimedia performance about its OPUS project, utilising cutting-edge mapping technology to bring the elements to life and immerse viewers in the atmosphere of the OPUS club residence. This experience is the first of its kind in Moscow among developers.
The new PIONEER space opened this autumn within walking distance of the Paveletskaya metro station. Designed by renowned Spanish designer Jaime Beriestain, the interior reflects elegance and comfort, featuring stylish lounge areas, a cinema, and large-scale models of upcoming projects, including the OPUS club residence and HIGH LIFE skyscrapers.
The technological show, inspired by the idea of creating an architectural object from natural elements, invites guests to experience the dynamic interplay of water, fire, air, and earth as they shape the essence of OPUS. Mapping technology and immersive sound draw viewers into the atmosphere, with visual and audio effects that offer a powerful sense of presence and involvement in the architectural future. Natural elements come to life on the screen, transforming into stylised forms that embody OPUS’s vision as a fusion of nature and technology.
In the cinema, guests can view intricate details of the project, complemented by an interactive model of the architecture developed by Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners. The show demonstrates the future look of OPUS and its connection to the Moscow River embankment environment.
“This experience is unlike traditional cinema. It’s a new way of perceiving art, where technology becomes a tool to enhance primal sensations and reconnect with the forces of nature, which we often see as distant. Here, it’s different: you are part of the process, part of a grand creation,” PIONEER representatives shared.
In addition to the visual experience, visitors can unwind in a comfortable lounge area. Floral arrangements by the MOH bureau bring greenery and natural accents, creating an atmosphere of ease and comfort.
OPUS is a deluxe club residence project by premium developer PIONEER. The wave-shaped building, located on Derbenevskaya Embankment along the Moscow River, offers nearly all apartments with scenic views, including exclusive units with terraces, bathrooms with windows, and dressing rooms with windows. The building will feature 188 apartments, as well as an A+ class business centre. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2025, with monolithic construction now in its final stages.
