Construction of vertical structures for the OPUS club residence car park is currently 85% complete

PIONEER is still in the process of constructing the OPUS club residence. As of February, 70% of the monolithic work on the car park cover slab has been completed, and 85% of the vertical car park structures have been finished. The construction of commercial premises in the Section 5 area is ongoing, and the general contractor has initiated the construction of the cover slab for the 2nd floor.

At the construction site of the OPUS business centre, the foundation slab is 65% complete, and the construction of the vertical structures for the car park has reached 45% completion. Additionally, the works on the car park cover slab are currently at 30% completion.
