Car park slab for club residence OPUS 60% complete

Property developer PIONEER continues construction of the OPUS club residence. In January, 60% of the monolithic work on the car park cover slab and 85% of the foundation slab were completed. Monolithic structures of the ground part of commercial premises are being installed in the area of Section 6, where the first walls of apartments at the 2nd floor level have been erected.

At the OPUS business centre construction site, earthworks are 95% complete. The sub-concrete base and waterproofing of the foundation slab is 90% complete, while erection of the vertical structures of the car park is 20% complete. Preparatory work for the car park cover slab is underway.
