Excavation of the OPUS club residence is ongoing

In March, excavation works continue at the construction site of the OPUS club residence on Derbenevskaya Street: 70% of the ground has already been removed within the zero phase of construction. The dewatering system is fully completed, and the sheet piling works are nearing completion: they are 95% finished.

Traffic management around the construction site is ongoing, as is the preparation for the site itself. The heating network conversion work is 50% complete.
