PIONEER has successfully sold nearly 30,000 square metres of residential properties totaling 15.1 billion rubles in the first six months of 2024. Sales of premium projects such as HIGH LIFE, PRIDE, SHIFT, and the club residence OPUS accounted for seventy-five percent of these sales.
The company continues to steadily increase the share of high-class residential projects in its portfolio. The total value of residential real estate transactions in the first half of 2024 almost doubled compared to the previous year, reaching 15.1 billion rubles as opposed to 8.4 billion rubles.
PIONEER’s sales volume in the commercial and residential real estate segments for the first 6 months of 2024 amounted to 23.7 billion rubles, a 65% increase over 2023. Of this, 8.6 billion rubles came from commercial real estate sales, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and parking spaces in residential complexes. The overall real estate sold in the first half of 2024 amounted to 52,000 square metres.
Over the past six months, PIONEER has completed the third stage of the expansive high-class residential quarter, LIFE Varshavskaya, totaling approximately 105,000 square metres. The fourth phase of the project is currently under active construction.
The property developer has also finished the construction of another building spanning 23,200 square metres in OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK, while the last of the business park’s buildings near the Butyrskaya metro station is scheduled for completion in 2025.
