The property developer PIONEER is participating in the largest city forum-festival, “Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030.” The company will showcase its projects and support children’s workshops as part of the forum, as well as educational tours of Zamoskvorechye and the “Paveletskaya” area, where the developer is currently constructing over 300,000 square metres of residential and commercial infrastructure.
At the main venue of the forum-festival, the Zaryadye Concert Hall, a multimedia exhibition titled “City of the Future” is on display. The exhibition, presented in a convenient video format, highlights projects currently being implemented in Moscow, including housing under the renovation programme, sports facilities, transport infrastructure, cultural sites, and business complexes. PIONEER’s OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK and the BOTANICA multifunctional complex are featured in this multimedia installation.
On 28 August, as part of the forum, educational tours of Zamoskvorechye and the “Paveletskaya” area, supported by PIONEER, will be available to all interested participants. Guests will have the opportunity to stroll through the streets and historic sites of this old Moscow district, learn about the lives of its famous residents, and discover how to “read” landmarks and uncover the secrets of many buildings. Among the featured sites are the Paveletsky Railway Station, churches, Novospassky Bridge, the Museum of the Moscow Railway, and more. The tour will also explore the transformation of “Paveletskaya.” PIONEER is constructing the premium HIGH LIFE skyscraper complex in the area, as well as the OPUS club residence and business centre. The completion of these projects will mark a new phase in the development of “Paveletskaya,” transforming it from a business district with an industrial past into a modern area for comfortable living in the city centre. Registration for the tours is available on the forum’s website, with each event accommodating up to 35 participants and lasting 1.5 hours.
At the “Moscow 2030” venue in Luzhniki, children’s workshops are being held with the support of PIONEER. In August, children and their parents can engage in urban farming, learn about eco-friendly plant-growing methods, explore the basics of robotics, try their hand at clay animation, and craft unique accessories for themselves and their homes. The workshop programme and registration are available on the forum’s website, with age restrictions for participants set at 6, 7, and 10 years.
“For PIONEER, participating in the festival has become an annual tradition. Among the company’s core values is the creation of projects where people can live, work, and enjoy their leisure time comfortably. In each of our projects, we pay special attention to social infrastructure, collaborate with the city to create new transport connections, and improve former industrial zones. Supporting the forum’s events is another opportunity for us to contribute to urban development and share with residents the future that awaits their favourite neighbourhoods,” noted PIONEER’s Commercial Director, Alisa Shishnina.
“Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030” takes place in the capital from 1 August to 8 September. The event’s main venues include more than 200 city locations, such as Zaryadye Park, Luzhniki, Gostiny Dvor, Bolotnaya Square, “Red October,” GES-2, “Manezh,” Muzeon Park, and many others. The forum programme presents new Moscow projects in architecture, urban planning, and transport development in an engaging and interactive format. The informal programme includes various architectural and historical tours, sporting events, and workshops for families with children.
