The HIGH LIFE residential complex and the OPUS club residence were part of the property-tour programme “Elite Metre: New Forms”, during which real estate experts visited premium residential properties in Moscow.
The participants learned about the concepts of both properties, their advantages, unique features and infrastructure. In addition, they were introduced to the planning and design solutions of the apartments in HIGH LIFE’s showroom.
OPUS is a club residence on the Derbenevskaya embankment. The building can accommodate 188 apartments of 56 to 266 m² and is surrounded by a private landscaped area. The upper floors feature penthouses with ceiling heights of up to 7.4 m, separate lifts and viewable terraces. Completion is scheduled for 2025.
HIGH LIFE is a residential complex in Moscow’s Danilovsky district, near the Paveletskaya metro station. The project consists of 6 towers with heights from 24 to 48 floors. Buyers have access to apartments and penthouses from 36 to 180 m² with panoramic windows, bay windows and ceilings from 3 m. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
