PIONEER Wins Three Awards at the 2025 REPA Ceremony

PIONEER has been recognised across several categories at REPA — the international architecture and property development awards that highlight the best real estate projects and industry leaders.

BOTANICA Mixed-Use Complex took first place among completed multifunctional developments. This large-scale project, located next to the Botanichesky Sad metro and MCC stations, has transformed the surrounding residential area by introducing new workplaces and retail infrastructure. The office centre includes 281 offices, one of which features a spacious terrace. Tenants include companies from the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, legal, audit, logistics, and publishing sectors, among others. Anchor tenants in the shopping centre include M.Video, Telegraf, Perekrestok, a food hall with 40 dining concepts, and a children’s entertainment centre. Designed by ABD architects, the contemporary development has become a landmark for northeast Moscow and will employ around 4,500 people.

The OPUS Club Residence on Derbenevskaya Embankment received a special “International Jury’s Choice” diploma for innovation and alignment with global trends. The project features 188 residences with panoramic windows, terraces, and balconies, offering views of the Moskva River and the historic city centre. Designed by renowned Russian architecture firm Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners, OPUS is already recognised for its signature wave-like silhouette. PIONEER is currently completing the glazing of the building.

The PIONEER team was also honoured with the “Team of the Year” title for delivering successful residential and commercial developments. The company’s portfolio includes 1.6 million sq. m of real estate under design and construction, and 3 million sq. m already delivered.
