The OPUS club residence is taking shape with its distinctive architectural design. In February, work commenced on installing the facade’s supporting structure, which consists of an aluminum profile system. Simultaneously, the post-and-beam system for securing window structures is being assembled.
Roofing work is now 85% complete. In the underground parking area, the interior finishing of technical rooms is nearing completion. Elevator equipment has been installed at 49%. Internal engineering systems, including ventilation, wastewater drainage, electrical supply, and others, are being installed. Waterproofing work is underway for the stylobate section in the underground parking area and the courtyard.
Inside the office building, interior finishing of technical rooms on the underground level is in progress, alongside masonry work in the above-ground section. Installation of engineering systems, including water supply, heating, and electricity, has begun. Preparations are underway to start facade installation.
