OPUS: Lift Equipment Installation Begins

Construction of the OPUS club residence and business centre continues on Derbenevskaya Embankment.

The monolithic structure of the residential building is in its final stage, with construction reaching the top 10th floor in sections 1 and 2. Internal walls and partitions are being built in all sections and the parking area, and engineering systems are being installed throughout the building. Waterproofing of the roof in sections 5 and 6, as well as the podium slab of the parking area, is underway. In section 5, installation of lift equipment by XIZI has begun, with brackets being installed for the elevator guide rails.
