The final tower crane has been dismantled at the OPUS club residence construction site. Scaffolding now covers 50% of the building, and façade lift systems are being installed around the entire perimeter to facilitate cladding works. In sections 1 and 6, installation of the façade substructure and frames for transparent elements is in progress.
Lift cabins have been installed in sections 1 through 5, with works now underway in section 6.
In the basement, finishing works in the technical rooms are nearing completion, and the contractor has begun installing mechanical and engineering systems. Above ground, installation of building systems continues across all sections.
In the OPUS business centre, the main masonry works for internal walls and partitions have been completed, and finishing is underway in the underground technical areas. Façade system modules have now entered production.
Both the OPUS club residence and business centre are being developed by PIONEER on Derbenevskaya Embankment. The interiors will be designed by renowned interior designer Natalia Belonogova, featuring natural materials and bespoke furniture by celebrated wood artist Denis Milovanov — a master craftsman known both in Russia and internationally.
