Construction of above-ground floors of the club residence and foundation slab of the business centre commenced at OPUS construction site

PIONEER has kicked off a new construction stage for the OPUS club residence, with the monolithic frame of the elevated part of the building now in place. Monolithic works are expected to be fully completed in July 2024.

At the moment, the earthworks are at their final stage, with the foundation slab of the club residence ready at 65%. Monolithic structures continue to be built at the underground car park level: 13.5 thousand cubic metres have been poured, which is 30% of the total volume.

Earthworks for the business centre are 75% complete. The last 4th tower crane has been installed. The construction of the foundation slab has started: the sub-concrete base and waterproofing are 50% complete, while the slab is 15% poured.

The project, currently under construction on Derbenevskaya Embankment, includes an 11-storey deluxe class club residence with 188 units and a 13-storey class A business centre. The architectural concept of the buildings was created by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners. The design of entrance groups and amenities will be carried out by the NB Studio bureau of designer Natalia Belonogova, the author of interiors of fine dining restaurants Gvidon, Gorynych, Zhirok, Maya and others. The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
