Sheet pile fencing works carried out at OPUS club residence site

PIONEER continues construction of the OPUS club residence. The sheet pile fencing has been completed in full, and excavation work is 90% complete. The foundation slab is 55% complete. Construction of vertical structures of the car park is in progress. The car park cover slab is 25% complete. The third tower crane has been installed at the construction site of the club residence.

In the OPUS business centre location area, sheet pile fencing works are also performed. Earthworks are 70% complete. Construction of the sub-concrete base and waterproofing for the foundation slab in the area of the first construction bay has started.

Construction is being carried out in accordance to schedule.
