Two tower cranes have been installed on the OPUS club residence site

Property developer PIONEER continues construction of the OPUS club residence and business centre. Two tower cranes have been installed at the construction site, and a third crane is planned to be installed. The concrete base and waterproofing for the foundation slab is 65% complete, and the foundation slab is 25% complete. The first section of the car park cover slab has also been completed.

In the OPUS business centre area, the excavation fencing is 95% complete, and earthworks are 50% complete. Installation of a tower crane is planned.

The construction is being carried out in accordance to schedule.
