Property developer PIONEER, a participant in the Moscow Urban Forum, presented a detailed digital version of the development of the Paveletskaya area at its corporate stand. Together with ART3D, the company has digitised the location, which includes the Zamoskvorechye and Danilovsky districts, as well as the streets adjacent to Derbenevskaya Embankment. Two of the company’s projects are located in the Paveletskaya district: the HIGH LIFE skyscrapers and the OPUS club residence and business centre. For the first time in Russian real estate development, a stand based on the Unreal Engine gaming engine and the patented ART3D Multimedia Platform technology, which is included in the Register of Russian Software, appeared on an exhibition site.
The result of the work was a fundamentally new product for the presentation of real estate objects, which is qualitatively different from classic 3D tours. Using a QR code and a smartphone, users can virtually navigate through the neighbourhood of the future, as it will be by 2025. PIONEER and ART3D have digitised all the streets and existing buildings in the location and also detailed the projects under construction today based on elaborate renderings. The user’s trajectory is virtually unlimited, and the platform’s capabilities allow choosing any angle. During a virtual walk, visitors can go inside skyscrapers or club residences, ascend to any floor, enter an apartment and explore different finishing solutions in real-time. In addition, the technology makes it possible to show how the modified urban landscape will look after construction.
“In line with our company’s mission, we are constantly introducing new technologies into our work and customer service processes. For example, at one time, PIONEER was one of the first property developers to offer its clients to switch to online home purchases. The company has also fully digitalised the construction and design cycle based on BIM data. LIFE Varshavskaya has been running a smart control room for two years — a solution based on the experience of Japanese smart cities. Today we are moving forward and are the first to present a digital version of territory development on the Paveletsky Peninsula. We are already prepared to show the city’s residents how the location will change after the completion of the HIGH LIFE skyscrapers and OPUS club residence. Our commitment to innovation distinguishes our approach to work at all stages,” explains Diana Nilipovskaya, Commercial Director at PIONEER.
