OPUS club residence monolith 68% complete

PIONEER continues the construction of the OPUS club residence. As of May, the monolithic frame of the project is 68% complete.

In the ground part, work is progressing at the 9th-floor level in sections 5 and 6. The coffered floor slab separating flats and commercial premises in sections 2, 3, and 4 is fully completed. This will allow for the creation of comfortable courtyard passages in the future, with widths exceeding 11 metres. The total volume of the structure exceeds 2,000 cubic metres.

In the car park, workers have erected 15% of the technical room partitions.
