Progress Update: OPUS Club Residence Monolithic Works at 60% Completion

PIONEER is continuing the construction of the OPUS Club Residence. In March, the monolithic works for the underground part were completed to 95%. The erection of vertical structures for commercial premises in the area of sections 4-5 is ongoing. In section 6, the frame has reached the 6th floor level. The overall volume of completed monolithic works stands at 60%.
