PIONEER invests RUB 142bn in the construction of premium projects
PIONEER has invested RUB 142bn in premium and elite-class real estate development. PIONEER’s cumulative area of high-end residential projects in construction and design is currently over 560,000 sq m.

During the event, PIONEER presented three key projects currently underway to its partners, media representatives and colleagues: HIGH LIFE Letnikovskaya 11, a skyscraper complex, the OPUS club-style residence and PRIDE, a premium residential estate. According to the data announced by the company, the first stage of HIGH LIFE Letnikovskaya, 11, is currently 40% sold out; 12% of apartments in club-style amenities OPUS, sales of which started in August 2022, are sold.
Each of the company’s projects has unique features that have ensured high customer interest. HIGH LIFE Letnikovskaya 11 is a skyscraper complex being built near the Garden Ring. The ADM bureau designed the modern architecture of the six towers. The facades of each building are distinguished by their unusual geometry: the effect of dynamics is achieved through panoramic windows with bay windows which increase the internal space of the flats. The project’s first phase is currently under active construction: monolithic work has already exceeded the 6th-floor mark. One of the advantages of the project is its club infrastructure: beauty zones, sports infrastructure, SPA, a private cinema hall, lounge zone with a fireplace, co-working room and multifunctional event space are planned for an area of over 800 sq m. The private landscaped area of more than 2 hectares includes areas for relaxation, sports and children’s games.
The OPUS club-style residence by the architectural bureau Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners will appear on the Derbenevskaya embankment: its completion is planned for 2025. The silhouette of the building follows the curves of the Moskva River. This shape gives most of the lots panoramic views of the water. The house will have 188 flats and will have a private landscaped area within the concept of the water element. The site is currently being finalised in preparation for the construction work.
The premium residential quarter PRIDE will be built on Polkova Street in the Maryina Roscha district. APEX developed the architecture of the project. The enclosed contour of the quarter is formed by buildings of different heights, which provides the inner green courtyards with plenty of natural light. The project will include a kindergarten, a public school, a pedestrian boulevard, and numerous infrastructure facilities on the ground floors of the buildings.
