Club Residence OPUS: 10th Floor Completed in Section 6

The monolithic structure of the OPUS club residence is 77% complete. The crucial phase of concreting the underground part of the building has been accomplished, with wall and partition construction currently underway. The ground-level vertical framework of the future club residence is progressing well. The 10th-floor monolithic constructions, including penthouses with 7.4m high ceilings, have been completed in Section 6. Roof works are actively ongoing in this section. In Sections 3 and 4, the framework has reached the 4th floor. Construction is proceeding according to schedule, with completion expected in 2025. Located on Derbenevskaya Embankment, the OPUS club residence echoes the river’s shape and is being built according to a design by the Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners bureau. Most apartments face the water.
