OPUS: Waterproofing Work Continues

Construction of the OPUS Club House on Derbenevskaya Embankment continues.

In sections 5 and 6 and the parking lot, waterproofing work has been completed, in the remaining sections it continues. In the underground part, the stonework of the walls and partitions has been completed, in the above-ground part it is 50% complete. The finishing of the technical rooms in the underground part is 60% complete, the arrangement of the sewerage and water supply has been completed in the same volume. Installation of elevator equipment is underway in sections 5 and 6, where six XIZI elevators have been installed.
