OPUS Club Residence crowned winner of the Real Estate Property Awards 2024 for “Interior of the Year”

The striking interiors of the public spaces and lobby at Club residence OPUS have clinched a prestigious accolade at the Real Estate Property Awards 2024. This esteemed property has been bestowed with the coveted title of “Interior of the Year”, with industry experts commending the innovative interior concept that graces the clubhouse’s infrastructure and lobby.

Alisa Shishnina, Commercial Director of PIONEER, expressed her gratitude, stating, “While we believe all our projects are exceptional, there’s something truly special about OPUS that resonates so deeply. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the expert jury for their esteemed recognition!”

The meticulously crafted interiors of OPUS bear the signature style of NB Studio’s talented designer, Natalia Belonogova. With an impressive portfolio that includes the design of acclaimed fine dining establishments in Moscow such as Gvidon, Gorynych, Maya, and Locanda, Natalia has brought her original design flair to the communal spaces of OPUS for the first time.

The lobby at OPUS is a testament to the concept of ‘totems’, portraying the ‘defenders’ and ‘guardians’ of the residence. Within the light-filled space boasting ceilings soaring up to 7 meters, art installations crafted from wood, stone, and metal will captivate visitors. Drawing inspiration from the African Museum exhibition, these pieces, in harmony with bespoke furniture by Denis Milovanov, will exude a serene ambiance.

The residencee’s facilities, which encompass various sports rooms, a sauna, a massage parlour, and a lounge area, will be styled with a theme inspired by the Russian North. Expect a refined and sophisticated interior palette accented by tactile elements of fur and leather, natural stone, and timber surfaces. The designer’s vision aims to create a sanctuary where residents can rejuvenate and unwind within the confines of their home, with views of the landscaped courtyards enhancing the communal areas protected from prying eyes.

Club residence OPUS stands as a pinnacle of luxury living from the esteemed real estate developer, PIONEER. Featuring a distinctive wave-shaped architectural design conceptualized by the renowned Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners, the building is taking shape on Derbenevskaya Street in the heart of Moscow. Offering apartments with panoramic views of the Moskva River, alongside options for terraces, well-appointed bathrooms, and walk-in closets with natural light, the 188-apartment complex will also house a premium A+ class business centre. Completion of this grand project is slated for 2025.
