PIONEER received 2 awards in the Spaces & Places category of the Best For Life Design Award for the best architectural concept and the best lobby design project of the OPUS club residence, which is currently under construction on Derbenevskaya Embankment.
The architectural concept of OPUS was created by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners. The plasticity of the building follows the curves of the Moscow River — a smooth silhouette with stepped terraces creates a recognizable image. Thanks to the well thought-out shape and layouts, 88% of the apartments have exceptional views of Derbenevskaya Embankment, the Moskva River, Simonovsky Val and Krutitskoye podvorye.
The expert jury also highly appreciated the club residence’s lobby project by Natalia Belonogova’s NB Studio team, which worked on the interiors of Gvidon, Gorynych, Severyane, Buro TSUM and the White Rabbit restaurants in Moscow. Art objects, totem columns that fill the space with meaning and create a protective buffer that allows switching to the measured atmosphere of the building became part of the entrance groups’ interiors.
The club residence is designed for 188 apartments. The OPUS infrastructure will include stores, cafes and restaurants, and the territory will be signature landscaped. The project is scheduled for completion in 2025.
