OPUS Club Residence: 30% Glazing Completed

On the construction site of the OPUS club residence, which PIONEER is developing on Derbenevskaya Embankment, around 70% of the façade mounting substructures were installed in June, and 30% of glazing has been completed.

The internal mechanical engineering systems are 33% complete, electrical systems are at 12%, and installation of low-voltage systems is now underway. 70% of external utility systems have also been completed.

Roof waterproofing of the adjoining retail gallery has been fully finished.

Landscaping works across the site are in full swing.

Meanwhile, 97% of technical rooms in the underground levels have been finished.
