Club residence OPUS nominated for Moscow Architecture Prize

Three projects by PIONEER have been submitted at once for the municipal competition Architecture Award Moscow: a prestigious competition for the best projects currently under construction in Moscow. The PRIDE family residential quarter and the OPUS club residence have entered the Best Architectural and Urban Design Solution for the Multi-Family Residential Buildings category. OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK was nominated for “Best architectural and urban planning solution for a technology centre and transport infrastructure facility”.

A unique and well-thought-out architectural concept distinguishes each of the nominated PIONEER projects. The property developer has engaged the best Russian bureaus to develop architectural solutions. The club residence OPUS was designed by the architects Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners, the solution for the PRIDE premium neighbourhood was proposed by APEX, and the UNK project was designed OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK.

A professional jury will announce the best projects at the Architect’s Day celebration in Moscow in early July.
