OPUS: Club Residence Monolith Completed to the 9th Floor, Business Centre to the 8th

PIONEER has completed the construction of monolithic structures up to the 10th floor in sections 5 and 6, and between the 7th and 9th floors in sections 1 to 4. Vertical structures of the project are 92% complete. Partition installation is underway in technical rooms, common areas, and the parking facility.

Construction work is also actively progressing at the OPUS business centre site. The monolithic slab of the 8th floor is currently being constructed. The 13-storey office building’s framework is expected to be fully completed by the end of October. Approximately 16,000 cubic metres of concrete were poured in August.

The OPUS club residence and A-class business centre are scheduled to be commissioned in 2025.
