OPUS: Monolithic Works in Final Stage

Construction of the OPUS club residence on Derbenevskaya Embankment is progressing, with the monolithic structure in sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 reaching between the 8th and 10th floors, representing 98% of the total work completed. Wall and partition construction is ongoing in both the above-ground section of the building and the underground parking area. Engineering systems installation has begun, and waterproofing of the roof in sections 5, 6, and the parking structure’s podium slab is underway.

At the OPUS business centre, which is being developed alongside the club residence, 2,000 cubic metres of concrete were poured in September, bringing the total to 18,000 cubic metres. This month, work began on the monolithic slab of the 9th floor. The framework of the 13-storey office building is expected to be completed by the end of October.

The OPUS club residence and business centre are slated for completion in 2025.
