Club Residence OPUS: Monolithic Sections 5 and 6 100% Complete

Construction of the club residence OPUS is ongoing on Derbenevskaya Embankment. The overall readiness of the monolithic sections of the residential club house stands at 87%.

The vertical frame for Section 5 is fully completed, with the frames for Sections 2 and 3 reaching the 6th floor, and Section 5 progressing to the 7th floor.

Currently, work is underway to construct the partitions for Section 6, with partition wall installation in the underground parking area at 45% completion. The project is on schedule, and commissioning is expected in 2025.
