Club Residence OPUS: 47% of Lift Equipment Installed

At the OPUS club residence construction site, scaffolding and specialised hoists are being installed for the mounting of façades, which will feature an aluminium profile system, energy-efficient glazing, and glass composite panels. Interior finishing works in the underground car park’s technical facilities are nearing completion. The lift installation is now 47% complete.

Waterproofing works have begun in the stylobate area, where the underground parking is located.

In the 13-storey Grade A business centre, where the reinforced concrete frame has been fully constructed, interior finishing of technical premises on the underground levels is underway. The installation of engineering systems, including water supply, heating, and electrical infrastructure, has also commenced.
