PIONEER has completed a tender for the selection of the general contractor for OPUS elite club residence and class A business centre. The complex of design, construction and installation works under the project will be carried out by FODD. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
The Russian company FODD was founded in 1997. The main line of its business is general contracting of residential and commercial deluxe class real estate. For more than 20 years, the company has completed dozens of landmark projects in different districts of the Central Administrative District, including Zamoskvorechye, where OPUS is located. Currently, FODD is involved in the construction of projects in Moscow with a total area of more than 1 million m².
The total area of the OPUS club residence and business centre is 81.6 thousand m². The club residence for 172 apartments is designed as an 11-storey building (49.8 thousand m²), whereas the business centre is 13 storeys high (31.8 m²). The architectural project was created by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners, authors of many high-class residential and mixed-use complexes.
The zero cycle works have already commenced at the OPUS site: the property developer started excavating the foundation pit of the cl residence in December 2022 and will carry out the removal of the networks and start the sheet piling of the business centre in April 2023. In the next few weeks, the general contractor, FODD, will complete the excavation work and position the foundation slab for the building. Up to 500 people will be involved in the construction of the facility, 4 tower cranes will be erected and small mechanisation equipment will be mobilised.
The OPUS club residence and business centre on Derbenevskaya Street, together with the HIGH LIFE skyscrapers on Letnikovskaya Street are part of the integrated development of the PIONEER areas between the Sadovoe Ring and the Moskva river embankment in the Paveletskiy business district.
