Natalia Belonogova's NB Studio to design club residence OPUS’ public spaces

PIONEER has approved the interior concept for the public spaces of the new premium OPUS project. Natalia Belonogova’s bureau NB Studio, designer of fine dining restaurants Gvidon, Gorynych, Zhirok, Maya and others, will design the lobby and shared areas.

For OPUS exclisively, in addition to the regular lounge and lobby areas, the designer created a unique amenities space, for which the concept of “Russian North” was proposed. Through handmade natural materials the designer reveals the identity of the northern culture. For this purpose, the project will incorporate fur, leather, stone and wood. The dark tone of the walls of the lounge zone and the fireplace will emphasize the chamber ambience, and the panoramic glazing will open a view of the inner landscaped private courtyard.

Access to OPUS’ private amenities space will be available only to the residents. It will include fitness, martial arts and boxing hall, sauna and area with sun beds for relaxation overlooking the courtyard, a massage room, and a golf simulator room. Also, this part of the property will include a living room, which will be a place for families to relax and socialise.

“When designing the two-story amenities in the OPUS club residence, I thought about what residents need in a modern metropolis, where sports have become an integral part of everyday life. Even the most fashionable fitness centres often lack a certain privacy and comfort: we are eager to leave them as soon as possible to relax at home. In OPUS, there will be no need to hurry anywhere, sports and recreation will be available to residents at any time convenient for them”, — notes designer Natalia Belonogova.

The OPUS club residence is a deluxe class project by premium real estate developer PIONEER. The building with a unique architecture in the form of a “wave” designed by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners is being built on Derbenevskaya Street in central Moscow. In the new project, all apartments have views, and among the offer unique lots with terraces, en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets with a window are available. OPUS will also include an A+ class business centre under the same name. The construction of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
