When designing amenities in the OPUS club-style living apartments I thought about what residents need in a modern metropolis where sports occupy an important part of our day. Modern fitness centers often lack such a nice and cozy story: we strive to leave them quickly and relax at home. In the OPUS club-style living apartments you don't have to rush anywhere, sports and recreation are available to residents here and now.
